“It’s an early but great way to start the day and it fits in well with my regular fitness regime”
For people of all levels of fitness, these classes are a fun way to build flexibility and strength. We predominantly focus on the shoulders, lower back, and hamstrings helping ease the aches and pains caused by long hours at the desk. In the class we also practice breathing and relaxation techniques to give you the perfect start to your day.
First session is Tuesday 1st November 2016 @ Kent Enterprise House
