Local charity Kent Enterprise Trust has received a large donation of office furniture from Workspace London for its new business start-up and collaborative working enterprise hub in Herne Bay. Surplus furniture will also be available for donations to the charity to help local start-ups and small businesses.
The new space has affordable professional office space for over 20 businesses with regular networking events, onsite training and business start-up mentoring from organisations such as Graeme Ward Associates
Steve Ward, Trustee and Business Mentor, said “Kent Enterprise House is an excellent new facility for people wanting to get ahead in their lives, providing access to good quality office space, training and experience by working alongside successful established businesses.”
Kent Enterprise Trust’s offices are adjacent to the re-development of the former Herne Bay Golf Club and Quinn Estates. They have helped the charity by providing vans and drivers to transport the furniture as part of their ongoing commitment to the development of Herne Bay.
